Warranty Activation
24 hours after the device is set up, the product serial number will automatically be activated via the SIM card on the device to the manufacturer via SMS and its warranty. If the device is used without a SIM card or for any reason the device is unable to send the activation SMS, the warranty will expire 36 months after the date of manufacture.
Warranty Items
If the product develops a defect or malfunction during the warranty period due to the following, it will be repaired free of charge or replaced if repair is not possible. The costs of sending the product to the manufacturer for warranty services are the responsibility of the customer.
Items covered:
Defects caused by product design
Defects caused by improper product assembly
Defects caused by the use of poor-quality materials and parts in the manufacture of the product
Items not covered by the warranty
Injuries and damage caused by impact, fall, contact or penetration of water and chemicals, fire and high heat, excessive dust, electrical fluctuations and natural disasters
Incorrect use of the product or items outside the compatibility and standards set for the product or failure to follow the points mentioned in the product manual
Products that have been tampered with or repaired improperly
Distortion of the product serial number on the device board
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the protected objects and premises.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the performance of the installers of the product.
Purchase or use of this product constitutes acceptance of the terms of this warranty by the user.
